Cultural Tour of Bangladesh

9 Nights & 10 Days

Day 01: Upon arrival at Dhaka meets and greets and after immigration formalities immediately start towards Shadarghat (old Part of Dhaka). Upon arrival Shadarghat transfer to regular passenger vessel in a 1st class cabin to cruise Barishal Overnight cruise. Arrival  Barishal next day early morning. Dinner on board.

Day 02: Upon arrival at Barisal early in the morning disembark the cruise vessel and immediately start towards NazirpurIt’s an hour drive. Upon arrival Nazirpur transfer to waiting engine boat and start cruise to BOYTHAGHATA floating vegetable market. We’ll be at this floating market an hour then back to Nazirpur. Upon arrival Nazirpur immediately start towards BANORIPARA to visit another one floating market where trade rice in the river. After visit back to Barisal and drive towards Mongla (gateway to Sundarban) en-route visit at  Bagerhat Sat Gombuz Maszid, single dumb Mosque Singhair   Nine domed Mosque, Tomb of Hajrat Khanjahan Ali and Thakur Dighi.  After visit Bagerhat start drive towards Mongla (52km). Upon arrival Mongla transfer to waiting cruise boat. On board boat will start cursing towards Harbaria Sundarban. BBQ Dinner & over night at Harbaria on board.   

Day 03: Weak up early in the morning and enjoy country boat trip , coming back to boat for breakfast. After breakfast tracking herbaria forest expand time in the watch tower. Back to boat immediately boat will start its return journey for Mongla meanwhile lunch to be served. En-route will try our best to enjoy fishing by otter (Locally call VADOR or UDD). Upon arrival Mongla start towards KUSTIA its 04 hour drive.  In the evening we will reach at KUSTIA and check inn at hotel. After refreshment visit tomb of Lalon Shah and enjoy lalon folk song. Return to hotel for overnight.

Day 04: After early breakfast start for Rajshai  visit temple city Putiha and Kings Palace . Queen HEM KUMARI DEBI build this Kings Palace and temples in honor of her mother in law SharotSundari Debi Visit  Panchratna Govinda temple, Anika temple, Shiva Temple, the largest temple in the country with a huge basalt , Shivalinga inside. Jagganath temple (another name of Krishna) is a temple-shaped hut that has a single tapered tower and is adorned with terracotta images and Putia  Rajbari or the palace of the Raja (king) of Puthia. Upon arrival Rajshai check Inn hotel for Overnight.

Day 05: After breakfast start towards Bogra  for visit Mahasthangarh bazaar, then few minute to the capital of the ancient kingdom of MOURZO, GUPTO, PALL, & SEN dynasty. It was called by city of PUNDA in the 3rd century BC. Considered the oldest city of Bangladesh. Especially it was visible in the remains of the Citadel. Paharpur sompur bihar. Check Inn hotel for Overnight Bogra.

Day 06 : After early breakfast we will start towards Sremangal. Upon arrival at Sremangal transfer to hotel. After lunch we will visit Tea garden and try to meet tea garden workers. You will enjoy the seven layers Tea at Sremongol. In the evening enjoy famous Monipuri tribal dance flowed by dinner. Overnight at Sremongol.

Day 07 : After early breakfast start towards Slyhet the North-eastern belt of the country known as its tea gardens and many Islamic saints and ethnic people. En-route visit Lauwachara reserve forest and Khasia tribal village after visit driving towards Jaflong-Tamabil around 60 KM from Sylhet town 1.5 hours drive a border of Bangladesh - India (Shilong). Jaflong is situated beside the river Mari in the lap of hill Khashia.  Upon arrival at Jaflong we will short river cruise in the crystal clean water river Mari and enjoy the stone collection from the river. Visit Khasia tribal village. After visit return to sylhet for overnight.

Day 08: After breakfast transfer to domestic airport to fly Dhaka. It’s an hour flight. Upon arrival Dhaka visit old part of Dhaka. We’ll try to cover Sadarghat , Shakharibazaar narrow street, Star Mosque, Dhakaswrri Temple, Lalbagh fort ,Armenian Church, Liberation war Museum, Lord Curzon hall (Office of the British vice Roy Lord Curzon) in Dhaka University campus, National Shahid Minar (Symbol of Bengali nationalism monument), Ram Krishna Misson. Overnight at Dhaka.

Day 09: After breakfast start for Dhamrai 65 Km from Dhaka a pottery village Kakran. En-route visit gypsy village Guraidha and Martyr’s Monument (Jatiyo Sriti Shoudho) in memory of 1971 liberation war. Afternoon return to Dhaka. Free time for shopping. Overnight at Dhaka.

Day 10: On time transfer to airport to fly back. Upon arrival airport our services to be concluded.
